1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use https://urbanstatic.freygabor.com, create an account, or order products from The Urban Static Store. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

3. Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, lighting, production batches, garment washes, and print processes can cause minor colour or finish differences. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct genuine description or pricing errors and will contact you if an error affects an order.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or serious misuse.
5. Orders and contract formation
Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, normally by sending an order confirmation after successful payment. If we cannot accept the order, we will explain where reasonably possible and refund any amount taken.
Keep a copy of the order confirmation and these terms for your records.
6. Prices and payment
Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown before payment. Taxes are included where stated or legally required. Payments are processed by Stripe using the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Coupon codes may be subject to eligibility rules, dates, minimum spend, usage limits, or selected products. Unless expressly stated, coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.
7. Delivery
Available delivery methods, costs, and estimates are shown at checkout. Unless another period is agreed, we aim to deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made. Estimates are not guaranteed dates.
You must provide a complete delivery address. Contact us promptly about errors. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you identify to receive them.
8. Your right to cancel an online order
For eligible goods bought online, you may cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parcels, the period normally runs from receipt of the last parcel.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have another 14 days to return the goods. Contact hello@freygabor.com with your name, order number, products being returned, and a clear statement that you are cancelling.
Unless the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return. Use suitable packaging and obtain proof of postage.
9. Refunds after cancellation
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the product price and the least expensive standard delivery charge offered for the order. We may reduce the refund if handling beyond what would be permitted in a shop diminishes the value of the goods.
We will make the refund without undue delay and normally within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
10. Exceptions to cancellation
The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing, or other legally exempt items. A standard printed product selected from the shop is not treated as personalised merely because it is produced in limited quantities.
11. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for their normal purpose. If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We may request reasonable evidence and will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. These rights are separate from the cancellation process and are not reduced by these terms.
12. Intellectual property
The shop design, branding, product artwork, photographs, copy, and other content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping. You must not reproduce, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit protected content without permission.
13. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access, misuse coupons, submit harmful material, or use the shop unlawfully. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, customers, and our legal rights.
14. Our responsibility
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.
15. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and contact affected customers where practical. Your legal rights concerning serious delay or non-delivery remain available.

17. Complaints and contact
Contact hello@freygabor.com with your name, order number, and the issue. We will try to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable time.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the part of the United Kingdom where you live. If you live elsewhere, mandatory local consumer protections may also apply. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
19. Model cancellation wording
You may use the following wording, but you do not have to use this exact format:
